Rates:
$200.00 per night OR $1,000.00 a week (excluding holidays). Minimum 2 night stay.
$100 cleaning deposit required.

Payment:
We require one night’s lodging to hold a reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival. The balance will include the remainder of the lodging and the cleaning fee. We do not allow payment on arrival. If booking within 14 days of arrival, the reservation must be paid in full. A Rental Agreement must be signed and submitted prior to arrival. You can download & print a copy or request a copy from us. Please read the agreement carefully, confirm arrival and departure dates, sign one copy and return it. We hold the person whose name appears on the lease responsible for any payments, damage deposits, and all other responsibilities as stated on the agreement and herein.
Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cashier’s checks.
Check In:
After we have received your full payment, we will provide you with the address, phone number, lockbox combination and directions to the home. You may arrive anytime after 4:00 pm.
Check Out:
No later than 11:00 am. We have to prepare for the next guests. Please return the key to the lockbox and leave the garage door opener on the kitchen counter.
Use of Premises:
This is a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. Loud groups or parties will not be tolerated. We rent to adults and families only, children are welcome. There are games, puzzles, books & some movies provided. Beach access is via the street the house is on only, not through any neighboring property.
Maximum Number of Cars:
Three. The driveway is very steep, and turn-around is tight. Do not park extra-large vehicles down below.
Pets:
No pets are allowed.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 to 30 days of the arrival date may receive a 50% refund, less $50.00, unless the house is subsequently rented for the same time period. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded.
Cancellation of a portion of a reservation for dates that require a minimum stay will be charged the full cost of the original reservation.
Smoking:
Is not permitted indoors. Please dispose of any cigarette butts when smoking outdoors.
Liability:
Guests agree to hold the homeowners free and clear of responsibility for damages to self and or property resulting in accident, injury or loss while renting this property. The home is three levels, and there are no bedrooms on the main floor, so guests must be capable of climbing stairs. As stated above, the driveway is steep. Please consider these conditions in relation to the guests that will be staying, prior to reserving this home.
